Your Responsibilities

  • You will develop technical solutions with a focus on the electrical design of test benches and coordinate closely with our customers
  • You will prepare proposals, calculate costs, and assume technical and business responsibility for projects
  • You will coordinate all relevant departments—from electrical engineering and mechanical design to software and design
  • You will optimize electrical system architectures for test benches and ensure that they comply with current technical standards and regulatory requirements
  • You will serve as the liaison between customers and development teams, understand their requirements, and translate them into innovative technical solutions
  • You will develop new business areas in the field of electrical test bench technology and align our offerings with market needs
  • You will identify customer needs, ensure their satisfaction, and build long-term business relationships

Your Profile

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in electrical engineering, mechatronics, or a comparable qualification
  • In-depth knowledge of the electrical system design of test benches, as well as experience in the selection and integration of electrical components (e.g., power electronics, sensors, measurement technology, cabling concepts)
  • Practical experience in project or product management and/or sales
  • A systematic and process-oriented approach to work, with the ability to grasp complex technical relationships and develop pragmatic solutions
  • Experience collaborating with interdisciplinary teams, as well as excellent communication skills in German and English
  • A high degree of initiative, a spirit of innovation, and the ability to work well in a team
