Online air/fuel optimization in Thermal Power Plant Nikola Tesla

Thermal Power Plant Nikola Tesla (TENT) in Serbia has purchased two EUcoalsizer mobile, real-time coal analyzing, systems. The system features and performance convinced the responsible at TENT. The online coal analysis and optimization of the air fuel ratio will be part of the plant improvement strategy.

EUcoalsizer, characterized by its high accuracy and real-time capability, has been applied in various applications (black coal, lignite, biomass co-combustion). The system measures the coal particle fineness, particle velocity, coal and air mass flow and the temperature in coal pipes simultaneously.
