Reorganisation of EUtech business activities

Siemens AG buys EUtech Energie & Management GmbH

Following the sale of EUtech Energie & Management GmbH to Siemens AG and the withdrawal of managing director Dr. Jörg Meyer, EUtech Scientific Engineering GmbH restructures its activities.

It is planned to expand the business areas of simulation and control, testing and the energy and power technology sector. The development and application unit will be significantly strengthened. Furthermore, international activities, especially in Eastern and Southeastern Europe as well as in India will be intensified.

The strong demand for our recently developed products in the field of thermodynamic modeling and simulation (Thermolib) and our power plant solutions speak in favour of a positive outlook for 2010.
